ART
We’ve had a magnificent term in Art and it was an egg-cellent way to finish off the term by creating our Easter bonnets for our Easter bonnet parade! There were so many wonderful creations, everyone had done a wonderful job creating and decorating their special bonnets.
STEM
After all our hard work learning about algorithms and sequencing, these last few weeks of STEM have seen the Foundation students explore the much anticipated Bee Bots. And they were not disappointed!! They have been using the Bee Bots to find their way around the Toy Cupboard Mats using coding they have entered themselves! Very impressive!!
The senior students have also developed their coding skills this term using the spheros. Last week saw them designing and programming the spheros to make lots of different matrix emotions similar to emojis. The students were very creative in their LED designs and enjoyed bringing their matrix to life with movement and sound.
