Kiva - changing lives

Kiva is a global non-profit organization working to bring financial inclusion to all by crowdfunding microloans, unlocking capital, and addressing the underlying barriers to financial access around the world. Kiva creates the opportunity to play a special part in someone else’s story.  

Kiva is a loan, not a donation.  When a Kiva loan enables someone to grow a business and create opportunity for themselves, it creates opportunities for others as well.  That ripple effect can shape the future for a family or an entire community.

Mackellar's JSC are collaborating over the coming weeks to find people who need financial assistance for their for family or their education.  They will soon begin to promote our exciting fundraiser, 'School Run 4 Fun Colour Explosion'.  It's a wonderful day and students absolutely love the experience, whilst it builds our funds for a small Kiva loan which will be paid directly back to us.
