Year 9 and Year 10 Vaccines

Dear Parents/Guardians,

On 9th  May, Year 9 students at St Philip's College will be offered free vaccinations recommended by the National Immunisation Program as part of a school-based vaccination program.

All students in Year 9 will be offered the Meningococcal ACWY vaccine.  

Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander students in Years 9 and 10 will also be offered the Pneumococcal and Influenza Vaccine on the day.

Permission forms were mailed out to families some weeks ago however for your convenience we have attached copies of all three vaccination permission forms which will need to be returned to the college no later than this Friday 5th May.
