Invoices and Payments
We are finding some families are having their CCS payments stopped due to Centrelink requiring further information or 2021/2022 tax returns have not be completed.
Please check your “My Gov” account to make sure you haven’t missed a notification of further information required and that your CCS enrolment with OSHC is still approved.
We have also had an issue with some direct debit payments not showing up on statements as Wheelers Hill PS or NumeroPro, which is our direct debit provider.
If you are unsure of a payment that is the same amount as on your invoice please let us know and I can check to see if it is OSHC.
We have the software provider looking into the problem to have it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Changes to CCS payments from 10th July
Child Care Subsidy is changing from July
From 10 July, there are changes to the way Services Australia works out your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlement. This means your family’s CCS may increase.
If you already get CCS, you don’t need to do anything to get the increased rate. Services Australia will apply these changes for you from 10 July 2023.
You can use the Child Care Subsidy Calculator at StartingBlocks.gov.au to see what your CCS may be and how much you may pay for child care.
Pupil Free Days coming up
We will be providing a program for Friday 9th June and Tuesday 13th June, which are Pupil Free Days for the school.
Please keep a look out for an email with the booking forms on them or notification and booking forms in the OSHC parent area.
Mothers Day
The children have been busy making a little present for all of you that we hope you enjoy.
We wish all of the Mothers and special people in the lives of the OSHC children a great day on Sunday and hope you are spoilt .
