Multiage –Celebrating Learning

Our maths topic of Location and Mapping with our Pre-service teacher Ashlea included some fun warm up activities and grid games on positional words. The students also enjoyed programming the Bee-bots to create elaborate paths to their classmates. We farewelled Ashlea with a surprise party after a terrific two weeks.

Swimming continues to be a highlight of the week followed by a relaxing morning tea in the sun afterwards.

We had some impromptu fun in the sun in the playground on Monday morning when we were locked out of our room while our lock was being replaced. 

Lindsay was thrilled to receive his Gr 6 T-shirt this week.

Finally, the Multiage class are very sad to farewell Liz Regan who has been our ES on Thursdays and Fridays for many years. She will be sadly missed by all, and we thank her very much for her wonderful work in our class and the great memories we have had together!
