Parents and Friends

Parents and Friends (P&F) was a great committee to be part of. We had regular meetings, and our main focus of the committee was to serve the school by fundraising. We would set goals, and our major goal at the time of this photo was fundraising for the new gymnasium. This took a long time to come to fruition! One goal that we did achieve was the purchase of the new school bus. 

Our meetings were always busy with the preparation of crafts and other gifts for Mother’s and Father’s day stalls. The highlight of every year was our annual shopping spree tour which was always well attended. 

I fondly remember the relationships that were created as a result of being part of the P&F committee.
