There is still plenty of time to turn your amazing ideas into incredible stories. Enter the creative writing club's term 2 short story competition.

Your story must:

• Have a post-apocalyptic setting.

• Start with a line from a song of the writer’s choice.

Two categories:

• Micro fiction (less than 100)

• Short story (between 101 and 1500)

Details:

• Open to all students

• Winner and runner up for each year level

• Submit entries to timothy.mcclare@education.vic.gov.au

• Entries close last day of term 2.

• Winners announced start of term 3.

• Plus mystery prizes!
