Winter Lightning Premiership

Students in years 3-6 participating in the Winter Lightning Premiership will receive a note tomorrow. The event is taking place at Bannockburn P-12 College on Friday 19th May. The cost for the bus is $10 per student. An invoice will be emailed to families separately with your unique BPay code to forward payment. Electronic permission is also required via Sentral which will be accessible on Wednesday.

School Photo Day - 2nd May

Annual school photos including sibling photos were taken by Arthur Reed Photos on Tuesday 2nd May 2023.

 

There is no need to return any forms or money to school.

Unique image codes were issued to all students on photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the webshop. Please contact the school office if you did not receive your code.

 

Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.

 

Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2023 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.

When images are ready to view and in the webshop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.

Once registered, please wait for notification that 2023 images are online to view before making your purchase. 

 

Year 6 to 7 Placement Application Forms

Families with children in their final year of primary school should have received a hard copy of Year 6 to Year 7 Placement Information Pack 2023-2024. Please ensure you complete this form and return to your child's teacher or the school office by Friday 12th of May. 

 

Please note the VSN (Victorian Student Number) can be added by the school office upon return of the application form.

Sentral App Issues

If you have or are experiencing issues loading the Sentral app on your mobile device, you will need to delete/uninstall the app then reinstall and log in. If this doesn't fix the issue, please contact the school office. Sentral is an important tool for communication with your child's teacher, notifying absence and accessing student reports. If it's not working, please contact us so that a member of staff can assist.

Spare Clothing

With winter weather setting in, we've seen a number of students requiring a change of clothing the past week or so. In particular, socks and pants to replace wet or muddy clothing. The office only has a small supply therefore we kindly ask students pack spare clothing in their bags or if you borrow our supplies, we'd be most grateful if you wash and return items as soon as convenient.
