Families are reminded that students should not be attending school if there are any symptoms of illness. At the first sign of COVID or flu like symptoms please get tested and remain isolated until results are received. If your child comes to school exhibiting symptoms of illness, you will be called and asked to pick them up.
Student Information Checklists
Student information forms were sent to all families on Thursday 11 May 2023. Parents are to confirm the information on the forms is correct and return to the office by Friday 16 June 2023.
It is family's responsibility to ensure all student and family details are accurate.
2023 School Fees & Levies
The second fee instalment of $460 is now due. The swimming program fee of $100 per student is due by Friday 23 June 2023.

2023 Concessional Fee Policy
If you hold a valid government concession card (or similar), please see the attached Concessional Fee Policy and application forms. This program closes on 23 June 2023.

ACCESS TO STATEMENTS AND PAYMENT HISTORY
A history of fees and ongoing payments may be accessed via the ICON Parent Portal, Finance tab https://portal.cev.vic.edu.au/ . If you do not have your username or password please contact email@example.com
Parents are requested to log their child's reason for absence using either:

- Phone: 9687 3150 - from 8.30am
If your child/ren requires medication at school, please complete the attached Administration of Medication Guidelines document providing us with written permission to administer any medication ie: Eye drops, Antihistamine, Ventolin, Epipen etc.
We also require an up to date Action Plan every year from your doctor to accompany the medication if it is in relation to Asthma, Allergies, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy.
Please provide the school with the item/s required as soon as possible at the start of the year, as it is of primary importance that we have up to date Action Plans/Medication in case of an emergency.
