The Languages Team

This term the Languages Department welcomed new staff members from around the globe! Morgane Roge is a teacher from Dijon, France who is here for one term. Aurele Roy our French assistant, Yehuda Kaplan our new Hebrew teacher and Emma Nishibuko who is returning from a year at the English Language Centre. On behalf of the Languages staff, we are looking forward to continuing our work with you and are very happy to have all in our staff room.

Hebrew News

The library is in the process of establishing a Hebrew reading and reference section, as well as purchasing additional Hebrew English dictionaries. Students keen to improve their Hebrew reading skills are invited on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at lunchtime to the library to practice reading with the help of Yehuda, the Hebrew teacher.

We are very excited in the Japanese department about the Japan Science trip that is only six months away!

Our group of seventeen students will soon be meeting up at school to learn about the upcoming adventure.

We will soon be collecting deposits for those who have expressed interest.
