Welcome back to Term 3!

It's hard to believe we have completed a week already!  It's been lovely to see the students and staff again after the break and hear all about their holiday adventures.

Lost Property

Just a reminder to all families to please ensure that all items of uniform are clearly labelled with your child's name as we have jumpers and zip up jackets in our lost property that have no names on them.   This makes it extremely difficult to return them to their rightful owners.

Please keep an extra eye out for a size 16 Zip Up Jacket with Thomas Holman's name on it just in case it has made it's way home to another house by mistake.  If you find this jacket, please return it to the office.

Scholastic Book Club

Issue 5 of the Scholastic Book Club offers will be sent home with students next week.  All details of how to order are on the back of the brochure.  A percentage of sales is rewarded back to the school which allows us to purchase more resources for the Learning Communities.

Please note:  All orders are to be processed on line as we are unable to accept any cash orders.

All orders to be submitted by Friday 3 August, 2018.

Student Absences

If your child is absent from school for any reason, please ensure that you enter the details in Compass.  

You can also add in future absences if known Eg; if you have an upcoming appointment.

On your Homepage you will find the link beside your child's photo with a Green "+" that says

Add Attendance Note (Approved Absence / late)

Simply click here and enter the details of the absence.

If you have "Unexplained absences" they will appear at the top of your Newsfeed in Green and you can also click here to enter the absence.
