School & Community Partnerships

In conjunction with the current regulations for the school in regards to COVID-19 Snack Shack will remain closed until further notice. We hope that numbers will begin to decrease again and regulations will lift for us to reopen later in Term 3. Stay tuned!

When the re-opening does occur remember we cannot run the Snack Shack without our awesome parent volunteers - so when your Class Rep sends around the new roster, please sign up!

BOOK CLUB

Issue 4 orders have now closed and been delivered. Thank you to everyone who purchased, we had a large number of deliveries and each sale benefits our school.

UNIFORM SHOP

The uniform shop will continue to be closed until further notice. Please remember you can go online and purchase items you need from EduThreads - https://eduthreads.com.au/collections/ripponlea-primary-school

The two toned speciality top recently approved by School Council is now available for pre-purchase.

GARDEN CLUB

For the last few years our very own Tegwen King has been looking after our productive and Italian gardens. We have been very fortunate to have Tegwen's green thumb and enthusiasm in this role. Sadly Tegwen is leaving RPS and we are looking for a parent helper to take on this role. Please contact: ripperfamilies@gmail.com if you are interested.

Unfortunately we will not see the return of the garden club in action for Term 3, however we are still planning for the future.  We are always looking for potting mix, seeds, seedling trays or pots (plastic/terracotta - any sizes).  If you have any Garden Club donations email us at: ripperfamilies@gmail.com and we can organise collection.

On behalf of the school, the Garden Club thanks Tegwen for her tireless efforts and we wish her, Ben, Oscar and Pippi all the best.

FUNDRAISING

Unfortunately at this time our fundraising is on hold. With the loss of our fundraisers that hold much joy for our community, we also lose much-needed funds that go towards improving our school facilities. Please see below from School Council.

A massive THANK YOU to all of the families that have already made tax deductible donations.

We look forward to the return of our fundraising events once we can all physically be together again at RPS. We have a number of ideas and more importantly we will continue to make sure we think of ways for everyone to stay connected. If you have any ideas don’t hesitate to email us at ripperfamilies@gmail.com
