Latest News and Reminders
Out and About...........
Whilst we have allowed some latitude this Term with regards to whether the girls wear the summer or winter uniform, we are now asking that the full winter uniform is worn correctly in Term 3.
- Black and white socks are not a part of the winter uniform.
- The blazer is still the outer garment and not the jumper. The blazer should be worn to and from school.
- Rolling the winter skirt to shorten it should not be occurring.
- Brown shoes should have fawn socks. Black shoes should have navy socks or navy tights.
- All girls are reminded that hair must be of a natural, single colour.
It is an unusual year on many fronts, and the uniform being in its transition year is just one of them, but it would be fabulous to see it being worn correctly.
A reminder to all families that Monday 13th July is a student-free day as staff undertake strategic planning.
Year 7-10 Immunisations will resume in in Term 3. Please read the attached Parent Fact Sheet for further details.
We also ask all parents to familiarise themselves with Killester's Parent Code of Conduct which is available on our website or by clicking this link: Parent Code of Conduct.
Best wishes to all families for this holiday break. We look forward to seeing our students back next Term, rested and ready for, what we hope is, a more normal ten weeks.
