Student of the Week - 15/05/2020

Prep/1A - Dylan - For wonderful work that he has been doing and sharing on the school facebook page. Last week Dylan completed a poster with his odd and even numbers and he also structured some sentences using his sight words. Congratulations and well done Dylan!

Prep/1J - Aleeyah - You have consistently worked really hard the last few weeks. You have produced some beautiful work including art work and you have always done it with a lovely smile. Congratulations Aleeyah!

1/2R - Asher - You have been doing some fantastic work with your remote learning. I was really impressed with your great story about your 3 favourite book characters. Well done Asher keep up the great work!

2/3C - Myllah - For her fantastic efforts with her online learning. She has submitted every piece of work so far and has done a fantastic job! Keep it up Myllah!

3/4S - Ava - For working consistently hard every single week on every single learning task that has been set. The standard of her work is extremely high. Keep it up Ava!

3/4W - Brody - I am impressed with your work ethic and commitment to your remote learning. Well done!

5/6H - Brock - You clearly demonstrated your understanding of how to calculate perimeter and area of a variety of objects by showing your working out on the learning task. Full marks to you today Brock. You did a great job this week. Well done!

5/6S - Will - During remote learning this term you have shown great persistence as you successfully completed a range of tasks. You also submitted these successfully. I really like the wide range of tasks you have chosen to work on. A fantastic effort Will!

Science - Cooper Th. - For his great work on the topic of microbes and mould. Keep up the great work. Well done!

Art - Tahnee - For an innovative and creative piece of artwork at home. I love your use of colour, space and chalk. Well done!

Music - Tamika - For the creation of a great riff and finding an excellent app to help you with this task. This displayed resourcefulness and creativity. Well done Tamika!

Prep/1J - Ryan - For excellent work on your remote learning activities at home. Your train and your video clip were amazing. Congratulations on your efforts here Ryan!

1/2R - Emelia and Sieanna - For doing such an amazing job with their remote learning. They have been sending in samples of their work and I am blown away with what they have done. Well done!

2/3C - Jake - For your amazing report on magpies. Some of the facts you wrote about them being able to recognise their own reflection were really interesting and you taught me things I didn't know about. Great work! Keep it up! 

3/4S - Isaac and Arianna- For producing so much excellent work during remote learning! Well done!

3/4W - Charlotte - Excellent numeracy work Charlotte. Very impressed with your spatial awareness. Well done.

5/6H - Skye - For submitting all of her learning tasks through Compass this week and throughout the entire the term. Skye you have completed all tasks to a very high quality. Your letter particularly this week describing your remote learning experiences was really engaging and contained a really strong authors voice. Its great to see you taking such good responsibility for your own learning Skye. Well done!

5/6S - Tom - For being organised and having a positive attitude to learning as he adjusted to remote learning situations. He has consistently produced high quality work and successfully submitted his learning tasks. Great work Tom!
