Year 10 student Kayla Sidzimovska was one of two Goal Keepers chosen in the U15 girls squad to represent Victoria at the 2018 Westfield National Youth Championships for Girls this year which took place from 16th July – 20th July in Coffs Harbour. They performed well throughout the championship competing against teams from NSW, QLD and ACT and secured a spot in the top three by placing third.

Kayla was also one of two Goal Keepers chosen in the U18 Girls School Sport Victoria Team Vic Football (Soccer) State Team who competed in the School Sports Australia Championships  held in Shepparton last week from 25h August to 31st August. They  came up against teams from WA, NSW, ACT, SA and QLD and although Team Vic didn't come home with a trophy this year lots of great memories and friendships were made.

A chilly winter Thursday morning saw seven students from Rosehill compete in the second round of Cross Country (Western Regional Competition) at Brimbank Park. All students should be commended on their efforts pushing themselves to the limit in their races. They should all be proud of their achievements.

The students included:

- Paige Charity

- Kaleb Charity

- Maddison Reynolds

- Bianka Grunik

- Jack McCartney

- Grace Thompson

- Elizabeth Mitchell

A big congratulations to Jack who ran extremely well and qualified for the state finals which is a huge effort.
