Suzi's Cooking Journey
Suzi comes from Eritrea, where most food is cooked with onions, and is usually spicy. Upon starting her Food Tech class in year 8, she discovered a whole new range of flavours and techniques.
Her favourite attempts at cooking from this semester include the egg breakfast and muffin. For her egg dish, she included sauteed onion, tomato, chopped bacon, cheese, and parsley.
We'd like to share the triple chocolate muffin recipe with you, so you can give it a try, too!
