SPANISH CLASSES FOR FAMILIES

Dear Families, 

In Term 2, Newlands Primary School will be offering the opportunity for families to partake in a structured Spanish Language course. The school is committed to ensuring not only our students but our families have the opportunity to learn Spanish! 

Our sessions will take place once a week on a Wednesday between 6:00 – 7:30pm.

We are looking for families to commit to a 10-week course which will cost $100. This subsidised cost will include a text book, a one and a half session each week and refreshments. Our Spanish Sub Committee will further support by leading a Spanish Conversations group between 7:30 and 8:00 as an opportunity to use the language that has just been learnt in an authentic way. 

We will be limiting the enrolments to 20 applicants as this is our first trial to the community. If you are interested in the 10-week course, please email or contact the school  at newlands.ps@education.vic.gov.au  by the end of term.

The school will make a decision on whether classes will begin based on the amount of interest.
