HANDS ON LEARNING
The Hands on Learning group have also been working hard in creating shop fronts at the entrance to Animal Land Children's farm in Digger's Rest. So far we have a flower shop, Candy Shop Café, General store, Farm supplies and garage.
EASTER EGG HUNT
The HOL farm group have been busy painting hay bales for their Good Friday Appeal on the Easter weekend. The theme is Allice in Wonderland. If you are free you can book tickets to join the fun.

Kids Day Out: Good Friday Appeal
Kids Day Out is run by the Good Friday Appeal as a special event to raise funds for The Royal Children’s Hospital. Kids Day Out is on 7 April at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The MCEC will be transformed into a children's wonderland of carnival rides, giant inflatables, craft activities, music, dancing, sports, food and much more. Plus, the popular Teddy Bear Hospital will be back and bigger than ever!
Entry to Kids Day Out is free, with donations and proceeds from its paid activities helping The Royal Children's Hospital give sick kids the best possible care. |
Visit CPR Lab at Kids Day Out
We look forward to seeing you down at the Good Friday Appeal Kids Day Out. We will be offering free first aid coverage on the day as well as teaching the community CPR at our free CPR Lab. This state-of-art CPR Lab features a high-tech, fast-paced learning experience to equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to respond in an emergency with CPR. |
