Principal's Report
On Tuesday 8th March 2022, Greensborough College held its International Women’s Day Assembly for the whole school which was led by the student leaders and included three inspiring women who spoke about their personal journey in the sporting arena.
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #EmbraceEquity.
At Greensborough College our values of Courage, Aspiration, Respect and Equality speak to the message of International Women’s Day and to our collective action to embrace a gender equal world.
Don't just say it. Think it. Be it. Do it. Value it. Truly embrace it.
School Council
School Councils play a key role in Victorian government schools, and being a member of the school council is a rewarding and challenging experience. Acting as a team, council supports the Principal to provide the best possible educational outcomes for students.
Each councillor brings their own valuable life skills and knowledge to the role. Councillors participate in developing the broad direction and vision for the school, interpreting data or financial statements, and understanding legislative and policy requirements.
