Winter Smoothie Bowls 

Winter Smoothie Bowls. Who said winter isn’t for smoothies? Today our wonderful Year 11 Food Studies students used left-over ingredients to blend and create colourful bowls of goodness. A great way to reduce food waste is to use up fruits that are turning slightly soft or beginning to over-ripen. Grab those wilted greens at the bottom of the crisper and use up that last drop of milk or yogurt. Blend up your own creations and finish with your favourite toppings that pop with colour and texture.
