Whole School Sports Day 

On Friday June 3rd our annual Whole School Sports Day will be held at Harold Stevens Athletics Track in Coburg. 

This year's Whole School Sports Day will be the same format as last year where the whole school, from Foundation to Grade 6, will be hopping on buses and travelling to Harold Stevens Athletics Track in Coburg to compete in a whole day of athletic and sporting events. 

The main aim of the day is to of course have fun! But built into the day is our Inter-House Competition where our 4 houses battle it out to be WSSD champions for 2022. To help us build the atmosphere of friendly competition I always ask students to wear their house colour on the day so that they can represent their house with pride. The information about what house team your child is in can be found on Sentral.

As always, Whole School Sports Day's success is dependent on our amazing parent communities' support. We will be hoping to get as many parent helpers as possible to volunteer their time so the day can run smoothly for all involved. If you are available to help, please place your name on this SPREADSHEET before the day. The events that we will need to fill up first are the Grade 3 - 6 field events, so if you’re able and willing please pop your name down for those events. If you can only help for part of the day, that is fine because we understand how busy you all are, so put your name down, but let us know what time you can help on the spreadsheet so we can find a replacement. Tom will be giving instructions on the day, so no experience is necessary! 

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and a current Working With Children certificate will be required for those who are volunteering in any capacity at this event. Please show this at the school office or to a CET rep Friday afternoon.
