YEAR 4
The students in Year 4C have written their own creative take on ‘The Day The Crayon Came Home’ by Oliver Jeffers. They were asked to write from the perspective of a crayon colour of their choice. Here is another creative sample from our class.
Year 3 Mini Boss Incursion
On the 7th April, the Year 3s had an incursion with Loly and Sos from Mini Boss. It was about teamwork. We were split into twelve groups. Each group and their own table and each person had their own role to play.
We played, ‘Crack It - The Game Show!’ There were three rounds: Domino Dash, a word game and Square of Hearts & Four Triangles. There was a bonus round which was, ‘What Am I?’ where we had to identify a 3D shape. The more clues you used, the less points you got.
I learnt lots of things. First, my team started out bad but by the end, our teamwork was much better.
I had an awesome time!
