Respect – Integrity – Racism
One-third of NSW and Victorian school students have experienced racial discrimination from their peers, and close to one-third have experienced racial discrimination from the wider society. GNLC is a unique community with such a rich diversity of cultures working towards a united approach to Christ-Centred Education and anti-racism.
We have students across the campus from more than 50 cultural backgrounds with Senior Years students supporting our Junior and Middle Years students.
Our students, and Student Leaders will continue to work with our community to ensure that we are supporting one another with a united goal. Next Term, during our assemblies, we will be focusing on inclusion and treating others the way we want to be treated as we strive to ensure that we all become the best versions of ourselves.
GNLC has a zero tolerance to racism and wants to work with our community to support the City of Wyndham and further progress our community and are pleased to empower our students to introduce programs that will further support our community.
