Program Support Group Meetings~ PSGs
Thank you to the parents who attended our meetings last week. We greatly appreciate your input and continued support of your children. I acknowledge the efforts of our amazing classroom teachers for their continued commitment to supporting all children at our school. I would also like to recognise our wellbeing, literacy and numeracy staff and Learning Support Officers for their work. We look forward to meeting with more parents in Term 2.
Nicole McNamara - Learning Diversity Leader
Thank you to everyone who has returned their library books. Just a reminder that all books need to be returned this week. If your child forgot to return their books during their library lesson could they please be back in the library by Wednesday morning?
Thank you - Yolanda McVilly

HOT DOG DAY - (NO CANTEEN)
Friday 8th April
Children will be given a Hot Dog and a drink for lunch.
The children may wear Casual Clothes to school on this day, although we are asking for a gold coin donation to be used to support the work of Caritas in Ukraine.
Students will be dismissed at 2:25pm.
END OF DAY ROUTINE
If your child needs to change their ‘End Of Day Routine’ please confirm the change to the School Office before 3:00pm. It can be very difficult for crossing supervisors and distressing for the children if they are not sure of their destinations.
Please use the email below, including your child's name, class and new pick up point. Also indicate if your child is NOT aware of this change so they can be notified.
Email: endofday@shcolac.catholic.edu.au
This is our preferred method, however you can still phone the school office should you not have access to an email facility.
EASTER RAFFLE
(NO SELLING OF RAFFLE TICKETS REQUIRED)

We encourage you to support this fun event and look forward to the draw on

WE ARE SUNSMART
When it comes to using sun protection, temperature isn't a good guide. You can’t see or feel UV but UV is the part of the sun that can damage skin and eyes and lead to skin cancer. SunSmart advises that Victoria’s UV levels start to rise from mid-August.
Please remind your child to pack their hat . For SunSmart information visit https://www.sunsmart.com.au/communities/parents
2022 - UNIFORM SHOP WILL BE OPEN ON FRIDAY'S BY AN APPOINTMENT
Due to government restrictions our Uniform shop can only operate on an appointment basis. You can call our office at anytime to schedule an appointment on a Friday during Uniform shop hours. If you are unable to attend on Uniform day, Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon. From there you will place your order and payment will be made at that time. All orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.
Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’. Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child or phone for payment on Friday.
If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office
to be sized for clothing anymore. We thank you for your cooperation.
