headspace Melton supporting young people

On 30 March, headspace Melton will be partnering with headspace National to deliver a webinar targeted at Family & Friends of young people in the local area.  

“Information presented will: 

• Strengthen your understanding of mental health and mental health literacy. 
• Build skills and strategies to support the mental health and wellbeing of your young person, including their transition to work and study. 
• Build awareness of local, state and national supports available to young people. 
• Showcase local headspace centre community resources.”

The agenda of the webinar will be closed by a panel of centre staff from headspace Melton providing information about our roles, services available and how to access them .
