Resource Centre

Year 3-6 IPT

During their IPT lesson this week, Years 3 & 5 should have received their usernames and passwords for Typing Tournament. This program is being used in their IPT lessons to assist your them to develop the skill of touch typing. Enabling students to record their thoughts when completing writing tasks and also in note taking tasks in class at a much quicker pace than they can do otherwise.

The students in Year 4 & 6 will hopefully receive their usernames and passwords in the coming weeks during their IPT lessons.

Did you know the Resource Centre is open after School?

The purpose of the longer opening hours is to support students with their studies, in particular the Year 12 students.  Allowing them a quiet space to concentrate with access to print resources and wifi connection. It is also a space for them to meet with teachers to clarify questions about content or assessments they may have.

The only thing we ask of the students is that they inform the Resource Centre staff when they are going to stay late so we are aware they are on site in case of emergencies.

Opening Hours:

Monday-Thursday  8.30am to 4.30pm

Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm

Borrowing and Returns
