1 Mem Fox has had an amazing start to term 1!

We have been listening to many wonderful stories by the author, Mem Fox. Students have also been reading them independently in our class library.  

We are learning how to structure, retell and write a story in our own words.

We are learning all our number combinations to 10 in fun and exciting ways!

1 Mem Fox has been busy looking in the mirrors to draw self-portraits. We've been learning to use proportion and colour to best represent our image as artists.

2021 Learning Centres is off to a magical start. Students are engaged in creating their own book in the author, artist, mathematician and inventor centres. 

Yoga Wednesdays has helped students focus on their balance, breathing, stretching and strength.
