Hello again

The new MAG Parents’ and Friends’ had a wonderful attendance at our last meeting – a hearty thank you to all that came and contributed to these important, early discussions. It was also invaluable to have the input (and very welcome support) of both the Principal and Chairman of the Board on the night!

We are happy to report that at the last meeting, subcommittees were allocated for each of the following five PF objectives; Pastoral Care, Charitable Drives, Helping Hands (parent-participation in the school environment), Social Events as well as for the Parent Class Representative initiative (coordinating class stalls at this year’s World Festa later in the year).

We are currently considering ideas and timelines for each of the PF objectives, your input is very welcome via our email address (or good old face-to-face!).

Our next meeting is Monday May 22nd at 9am in our new premises P12/P13 (near the staff car park). This is the ‘hub’ of all things PF, hopefully decorated soon with student artwork and comfortable bits and pieces to make a warm, inviting space where families can connect.
