PISA TESTING 

Tuesday 11 August

Lilydale High School has been selected to take part in the 2015 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) Field Trial. PISA is part of the National Assessment Program in Australia. 

Participation in these sample assessments is an obligation of all schools under the Australian Education Act 2013. 

International assessments provide a wide range of valuable information for education policy and review in Australia and overseas and also enable Australia to consider the performance of our education system compared with others.  

We’ve had 21 students selected to participate in the PISA Testing to be held on Tuesday 11 August at 9 am and 1 pm.  

If you child has been selected you would have received a letter from the school outlining the details for the testing day.  Should parents or guardians have any questions regarding their child’s involvement in the PISA testing, please do not hesitate to contact Brooke Addison at school.
