CELEBRATION EVENING - December 14 @ 7:00pm
The College’s Community Celebration Evening is on Monday 14 December commencing at 7.00 pm at Costa Hall. The following information outlines the arrangements:
- Students and families/guests can arrive from 6.30pm
- Students are to be in full summer uniform, whether they are award recipients or not
- Mobile phones are to be switched off
- During the Ceremony please do not leave the auditorium
- Do not leave after your daughter has received their award; please stay and acknowledge all students who are being recognised for their achievements
- Award recipients need to be seated by 6.45 pm for final instructions. Their families/guests need to be seated with the other guests and families.
- The Ceremony will include:
- Presentation of awards - Wait until the ‘emcee’ asks for acknowledgement of the students on stage – do not clap each student
- Performances
- Speeches
All members of our College community are cordially invited to attend this evening.
