The Importance of A Good Night's Sleep

Sleep is one of the most valuable things that we can do to function to the best of our ability at Work, School, and in our daily lives. Sleep is especially important for the academic and social development of our children. Lack of appropriate sleep can contribute to mood disorders, anxiety, aggression, poor concentration, and students' lack of the ability to readily store new information that they have learnt at school.
