The UCAT ANZ was established to help universities achieve greater fairness in selection. Around 14,000 candidates sit the test each year as part of their application to courses in medicine, dentistry and clinical sciences.

The University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) is a computer-based admissions test, used by the UCAT ANZ Consortium of universities in Australia and New Zealand to help select applicants for their medical, dental and clinical science degree programmes.

The UCAT ANZ replaced the UMAT (Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Test) in 2019.

The following UCAT ANZ test fees will be charged for the 2022 test:

Tests taken in Australia or New Zealand	$305
- Concession Fee (Australia only)	$199
Tests taken overseas / outside Australia and New Zealand	$380
Late fee	$85
Refund fee	$50 of the test fee deducted*

MYSci is a hands-on, three-day science program specifically designed for students in Year 11 and 12 in 2022. The event is now on 28 to 30 June at Clayton campus, and the cost is $110 per student.

The climate and atmospheric science major (formerly atmospheric science) has two streams - weather and climate, and climate change science, which address the structure and evolution of the physical climate, as well as forecasting weather.

This year, on the 21st of April, Design Bytes will be held at RMIT's famous theatre, The Capitol, 113 Swanston Street.Students will hear from a panel of industry designers about their insights and tips for students preparing to study a design program

Design Bytes provides students with an opportunity to hear from a panel of leading design professionals. From different design fields, the designers will showcase their work and discuss ways in which design shapes the world around us.Our panel of designers will also talk to students about a design brief, their career and experience in industry and discuss their transition from secondary school to tertiary level education.
