With the cast confirmed and the stage set, the Senior School production of Baz Luhrmann’s movie blockbuster, Strictly Ballroom, is set to soar at the Ulumbarra Theatre from 22-24 June.
After two years of impeded progress in the Performing Arts, experienced and new actors alike are looking forward to foxtrotting, waltzing, and rumbaing their hearts out on stage.
This year’s Drama and Production Captains speak about the forthcoming production, their excitement levels, what they love about this classic Australian story and the student talent that is bound to be discovered.
