Annual General Meeting Update
The P&C Annual General Meeting was held on 17th March. This AGM saw the existing executive committee hand over the reins to the newly elected executive members.
A sincere thank you for the unwavering support and dedication of the outgoing P&C executive team, their hard work along with the entire P&C committee have seen the execution of countless fundraising events and fun student activities along with the successful running of the uniform shop and school tuckshop up until Term 3 2021.
Outgoing Executive Committee
President - Simone Tait
Vice President - Shannyn Broad (remaining in the position)
Secretary - Lara Gamble
Treasurer - Zarna Wheatley
As a final legacy, the outgoing executive committee donated $75,000 to the school towards the construction of a permanent roof to cover the existing basketball courts, allowing students and teachers to use the courts in all weather conditions.

Easter Raffle
Thank you to 4 Hearts at 19th Avenue Shopping Centre for the donation of a $150 gift voucher.

Mother’s Day Stall
The PBSS Mother’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday 5th May – we need approximately 10 volunteers to set up, serve and pack up from 8:30am to 1:30pm on the day.
