Science

This week has been an exciting week in Science. The junior classes have been looking at and making different desert animals and how they have special mechanisms to allow them to survive in a harsh environment, with little, or no water. In the senior end of the school, students have been looking at Structural Engineering and have been competing to build the largest tower by using 12 sheets of A4 paper and one metre of sticky tape. Arianna Hope and Asha Parry built the largest, free-standing tower, with a record height of 1.86m.
