Krysthina Klapp  8 Silver

Krysthina has been described as ‘amazing’ and ‘wonderful’ but her teachers. The fact that two different members of staff have used these superlatives about this young lady points to her genuine contribution to the College, even as a Year 8 student.  She has completed a remarkably successful term, both academically and on a personal level.  She has been involved in a variety of school activities, primarily in the choir and the Justice Group.  Her strong sense of social justice ensure she is a worthy candidate of this award.  She can be found striving for justice in her day to day life in class with her peers and she is a tireless worker and supporter of social justice issues on a national and international level.  Krysthina has been described as an integral part of the choir and she has volunteered for a variety of musical interludes.  She is kind, thoughtful, hardworking and inclusive.  She is the first to put up her hand to help and to give things a try.  She is mature beyond her years and a great role model for her peers.
