Teaching and Learning

Semester One Reports

As we conclude the final week of Term Two, our students are reflecting on their learning achievements and what they have enjoyed most about school this term. Teaching staff have been extremely busy developing reports to share with families and these reports will be exported tomorrow. Please take the time to share the achievements and personalised comments with your child and celebrate the growth and areas of improvement. We are certainly very proud of the extensive information our new reports will provide to families.

Classroom Helpers

We are very excited to begin promoting the involvement of families in our classrooms once again, beginning Term Three. Classroom Helpers are a valuable resource to our teachers and students as they allow for an extra focus group in literacy or numeracy, reading support or assistance with resource development. If you have a Working with Children Check and you are able tocommit timeto support learning in the classroom, you may fulfil a valuable role in a classroom learning environment.

Stay tuned for more information early next term!

Holidays

We wish all of our students and families a happy and safe break from school. We encourage our families to relax, recharge and spend some valuable time together. Continuing regular reading and taking opportunities to engage in conversations, as well as finding authentic opportunities for writing and maths can support your child to maintain a connection with their learning during the break. As always, we thank our families for their continuing support and look forward to strengthening our partnerships even further during Term Three.
