YAKULT FACTORY EXCURSION

Students from KSC Year 11 Food Studies, Health & HD and Business classes visited the Yakult factory in Dandenong. The tour allowed them to see some of what they had been learning so far this year in a real-life setting. They heard about the history of the company and how Yakult came about, along with the different approaches from a business and consumer perspective. They learnt about the manufacturing process of Yakult along with the health benefits. A great day was had by all, and our students asked some great questions to help consolidate their learning back in the classroom.
