From the Archives 

As I walked down to the oval with Mrs Bell last week, she remarked when she seen a piece of steel sticking out of the ground and said it should be covered over. I said is was in 1990's when I was told to cut down the "Monkey bar's" and it has been exposed after many years. So why were the bar's then down? After a spate of broken arms and ankles they were deemed too dangerous. So for over 30 odd years they have been in various places around my garden. I've great memories of using them at School.
