Camps

The Year 10 Team are busy planning for the Year 10 Gold Coast and the Year 10 Snow Trip. We ask that year 10 students keep a very close eye on their SEQTA Direct Messages and also SEQTA Forums for information about the exciting and upcoming camps 

We ask that students attend form group to get important messages about camp lunchtime meetings. 

Uniform

A reminder about Horsham College Uniform. Now that it is getting cooler in the mornings, students need to ensure that they are not wearing hoods underneath their uniforms. Students can wear navy or white undershirts, under their school shirts. Not black and no Katmandu (or similar) styled jackets.

Year 10 Bakers Shop 

Year 10 Bakers Shop students have been working through several productions to practice the process of cake making and decorating using a variety of products for icing and techniques leading up to their birthday cake design brief.

Cupcakes with buttercream, decorated with 100’s & 1000’s, coloured sugar crystals, daisies using marshmallows, piping techniques with rosettes and chocolate filigree.

Chocolate chiffon cake with ganache and Easter cookies using fondant. They have all done an amazing job!
