Henderson, Radcliffe and Youngman Chapel – Sunday 4 June

If your child would like to participate in the upcoming Chapel service, please complete this Form. Involvement may range from singing in the Chapel Choir, to reading a prayer or participating in the skit. The form will close on Wednesday 31 May. House Leaders will reach out to students and families to communicate more details on 1 June.  Students are required to be at the Chapel at 4:30 pm and the service will run from 5:00-5:45 pm.

P&F Primary Disco 

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We’ve got some exciting news! The P&F are holding the first Clayfield College Primary School Disco on Friday, 2 June from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Clayfield College Hall.  

The P&F Disco is open to all Clayfield College students from Pre-Prep to grade 6 and will provide a wonderful opportunity for everyone to have fun, dress up, dance, play some games, have their face painted and enjoy quality time together.

The theme of the disco is Shine Bright, so all students are encouraged to wear their brightest, most colourful attire. Tickets are $10 per student, which includes entry to the disco, a Bunnings style BBQ sausage, a packet of popcorn and a bottle of water. 

There will be glowsticks for sale on the night as well as an ice-cream truck. For families, who may have children across schools, siblings are more than welcome to attend with a ticket. 

As the disco is run exclusively by the P&F volunteers, parents and/or caregivers are very much encouraged to remain for the duration of the disco, especially if you’ve children in the younger grades.

If your child is in Pre-Prep, you must remain on campus. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED IN AND SIGNED OUT ON THE NIGHT BY A PARENT. 

The disco will be a wonderful opportunity for parents to get together, with drinks available for purchase at the P&F bar and the Bunnings style BBQ available for pre-order or on the night.  

Finally, if you’d like to volunteer to help supervise the disco or man the BBQ, please follow the link http://volunteersignup.org/F3MDF  and sign up. All parents are welcome to volunteer.
