Year 10 Food Catering
Over the last 2 weeks the Year 10 Food Catering class have been working on cooking techniques. The students had to demonstrate a variety of cooking techniques in a comic strip or video format.
Below is a presentation by Lachlan McKenzie on cooking a Lamb Roast.
Year 11 VCE Food Studies
It is clear to see that the Year 11 students have their priorities right, learning to make Football snacks in readiness for the upcoming AFL Grand Final.
They also made the Gnocchi that Mark demonstrated on the Cultural Cooking Classes page
And finally for the sweet tooth's, the students made Filo Apple and Dried Fruit Fingers
