Pop-Up Clinic
On Tuesday 14th September, the college hosted a Pop Up Vaccination Hub for all eligible students studying a unit 3 & 4 subject (year 12 subject).
We had a fantastic turnout with 130 students and 17 staff opting rolling up their sleeves to received the Pfizer jab.
Following phone calls to eligible families, and Tuesday's clinic, we can announce that 70 to 75% of year 12 students have received their 1st dose.
A second clinic for the 2nd dose will be held on Tuesday 12th October for year 12 students only.
How to book your COVID-19 vaccine
Students aged 12 and over are now eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
You can book a vaccine appointment at a Victorian vaccination centre by:
- calling the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398. For an interpreter, press 0. Call the hotline if you want to cancel an appointment.
- using the online booking system. Learn about how to use the COVID-19 online booking system
- If you or the person that you are booking has a disability and needs additional support to get a COVID-19 vaccine, please visit: Vaccination information for people with a disability, carers, volunteers and disability support workers.
You can book a vaccine appointment at a participating doctor’s clinic or community health service through the Australian Government Eligibility Checker.
You are allowed to travel more than 5km from home to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. View more information about current restrictions.
