We hope everyone is coping ok with this, what feels like the endless lockdown, in this state which is breaking all the records! All we can say is bring on Term 4 Day 1 onsite learning and some return to normality!
MANGO FUNDRAISER
We have been able to confirm that our annual mango fundraiser is back this year! If you love mangoes here’s your chance to indulge in fresh, juicy, Kensington Pride mangoes and support our fundraising drive!
For those who ordered in 2019 you will notice the trays are a little smaller, but also cheaper this year at $20 per tray. Due to a warm winter up north,crops are down this year by around 65% but still available for us to order. You will receive a single layer tray, with approximately 4.5kg of Mangoes per tray. The number of Mangoes per tray depends on the size of the fruit, and may vary from 8-12 mangoes. It's a great opportunity to stock up for your summer smoothies, frozen desserts and Christmas salads! And aren't we ALL looking forward to that this year!
Orders need to be in by THURSDAY 28th OCTOBER (2 weeks away) and will be available to be picked up from school in the 2nd or 3rd week of December (TBC).

DISCO BINGO NIGHT- Cancelled (But with Plans for 2022)
Very sadly and frustratingly so, we have had to cancel our already postponed Major Parent Social Night which had been rescheduled from June to November 6th. While we are unable to run it due to restrictions, we can imagine it would be a shock to the system if we did after 3 months of hibernation! For those families still at St James next year we are planning to reschedule (possibly earlier in the year than usual) so hold on to the disco gear! Full refunds from trybooking have now been processed and should appear in your accounts in the next few days if not already.
Best wishes to our Preps starting back next Monday and congratulations to their parents! We are all hot on your heels ready to celebrate all the first "Return to School Days" in the coming 2 weeks!
