Registration / Annual Permissions / Medical Information

SEQTA Engage

SEQTA Engage allows you to log into the College's learning management system (SEQTA) and view your child's academic results, and course information and much more.  If you are having difficulties accessing SEQTA Engage, please contact the College by email info@tkc.wa.edu.au or phone reception on 9411 4100.

Consent2Go

Consent2Go provides easy communication between parents and the school regarding permissions and updating your child's contact details and medical information.  To access Consent2Go you will not need to download an app, log in or use a password. When required, the school will send you an email that contains a personalised web link that allows you to respond to excursion invitations and/or update your child's information.

Current Information

Please ensure that your child's contact details and medical information are up to date using the link below.  It is essential that you complete this annual update for each of your children as soon as possible.

If you are new to the College and haven't yet accessed Consent2Go or if, at any time you need to update your child's information, please contact the College on 9411 4100 or via email: info@tkc.wa.edu.au and you will be emailed an update link.

Annual Permissions

You will receive an email notification from Consent2Go requesting that you respond to permission requests for each of your children.  These permissions need to be acknowledged BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TERM 1, 1 February 2020.  If you are unable to access the online permissions, the form can be downloaded below and handed in at Reception, or alternatively, a hard copy can be obtained from Reception.

Medical Conditions

Parents of children with medical conditions, including anaphylaxis, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, severe allergies, etc., are reminded they will need to provide the College with an updated Medical Action Plan at the beginning of each year. These plans must be obtained from your medical practitioner and uploaded onto Consent2Go.

If your child has any short-term medications that need to be administered during school hours, please complete the following Administration of Medication Form.  Long term administration of medication should be incorporated into a Health Care Plan.
