COMPASS and Year Six Student access

Parents of Year Six students please note that Year 6 students will lose access to their Google drive when the secondary schools rollover student enrolments. This also means that students leaving the school and their parents will lose access to Compass on the student’s last day.

Parents please remember to explain any unexplained absences and download any Semester reports prior to the last school day.  

Reports

Semester Two reports will be available on Friday, 4 December this week via COMPASS. Comparative tables will be available for each grade at the school office from Monday 7th December.  If you require a parent teacher interview (phone interview) to discuss your child’s report please contact your child’s teacher to make an appointment.

Student Safety

At this busy time of year, it is important that students are following safety rules when arriving at and leaving the school premises. Please avoid dropping or picking children up outside the Church or in Burn’s Lane. 

When using carlines please don’t park on the crossing as students must use the pedestrian crossing at all times when making their way to their vehicle.

Over the last couple of weeks we have had reports about some of our students not obeying safety rules when riding their bicycles. Parents please remind your children about the importance of wearing a helmet, riding on the footpaths safely and using pedestrian crossings when riding to or from school.

During 2021 all of our Year Six students will have the opportunity to lead a specific area to support our school community. We look forward to working with our new student leaders to ensure that our school motto ‘To Love and Serve Under Your Protection’ is evident every day.
