FA - Miss Zoe

To build friendships among the Foundation year level, we had a play session with Foundation B. Nina enjoyed playing with Mia from FB n the sensory story tray. It was lovely to see so many students making new friends.

We had so much fun during our last yoga session with Nat from ‘Hello Yoga Kids’! The partner yoga was a hit. They had to communicate how they would complete the pose and there were lots of giggles all around. Great job you two!

FB - Miss Deacon

Foundation students have done such a wonderful job of writitng letters over the past few weeks! We were saddened to hear that Taylah our school nurse is no longer going to be at Monty Primary. Earlier in the week we recieved a letter from Taylah and so we decided to reply back to her! We are getting them delivered to her and the kids are very excited! Have a read of Sunday and Tyler’s lovely letters.

During maths over the past 2 weeks students have been working hard at learning their ‘Friends of 10’ facts! They have loved singing along to Pevan and Sarah’s song and playing lots of games and activities to concoledate their learning. This week students loved playing Friends of 10 ‘Write the room’. Students paired up and worked together to find all the friends of 10 facts! See Anthony and Liam working together on their 10 facts below! Great work boys!
