Child Safety Parent Information Sessions

Yesterday you will have received a letter regarding Child Safety education at St Joseph's. Supporting the needs of students and ensuring they can empower themselves to remain safe and protected is the responsibility of the entire community. Teachers and families working in partnership is essential to support the development of shared values and provide children with an understanding of what safe and respectful relationships look like now and in the future.

Parental engagement in learning is essential to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for children. With this in mind, you are invited to attend one of two parent sessions in the school hall on Wednesday 7 September at either 5:30-6:30pm OR 6:45-7:45pm. 

The session will be an opportunity to learn more about the content your child/ren is learning, how it is delivered in our Catholic school context, and how you can support your child’s learning in this area.

Please complete the google form via the link below by Monday 29 August to participate in this event.  Once forms are received a COMPASS event will be created to enable payment to be made.
