ITINERARY
Sunday 28th August
1.30pm Boarders to be at school for final room packing & all students to arrive at the College. Load bags on to bus.
2.00pm Students and staff to leave WACoA Harvey
4.30pm Meet at Karrinyup Waters - Assign Rooms/Settle in
5.00pm Students not on bus (those from Perth area) to arrive/meet at accommodation
6.30pm Team Meeting and Dinner BBQ
Students to pack own lunch for Monday
8.30pm Captains to issue playing uniforms for tomorrows fixtures to players
9.00pm Bed
Monday 29th August
7.30am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms
10.00am Students to go with individual coaches to venues for team briefing
11.30-2pm LUNCH AVAILABLE AT BUS
Fixtures to be played please see fixture sheet
3.00pm All students meet at bus to return to Karrinyup Waters. Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrows fixtures.
6.30pm Dinner in rooms. meal: Lasagne and Garlic bread
9.00pm Captains to issue playing uniforms for tomorrows fixtures to players
Tuesday 30th August
7.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms
8.15am Bus leaving Resort
10.00am Fixtures to be played please see fixture sheet
11.30-2pm BBQ LUNCH AT BUS
3.00pm All students meet at bus to return to Karrinyup Waters. Students to shower and change for Grill’d for burgers. Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrows fixtures.
6.30pm Leave for Dinner Grill’d

Wednesday 31st August
6.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms
7.15am Bus leaving Resort

6.00pm Stay in and Meal: Pizza to be delivered. Relax and Recovery

Thursday 1st September

8.00am Bus leaving Resort
11.30-2pm LUNCH AVAILABLE AT BUS
3:00pm All students meet at bus to return to Karrinyup Waters. Students to shower and change for shopping. Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrows fixtures.
5.30pm Leave for shopping. Money will be given to students for dinner
9.00pm Return to bus, head count and return to Karrinyup Waters
9.30pm Captains to issue playing uniforms for tomorrows fixtures to players
Pack bags to leave in the morning.
Friday 2nd September
5.30am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms/Load bus
TBA Bus leaving Resort. Pack bus by 6.30am
All Fixture times and locations TBC
11-12.30pm LUNCH left overs
12.30pm Make way to bus
1.00pm Students to leave
Students must have permission to leave before going home with parents
3pm approx. Students return to WACoA Harvey
BUS trip to and from Perth - Students to wear College Tracksuit Top and Bottom, College sport shirt, sneakers
WHAT TO BRING
Students will need to pack the following:
Sports bag (College to supply)
Beach towel & swimming gear
College tracksuit
College sports polo shirt and shorts
College beanie and/or hat
Toiletries
Rain jacket
Casual clothes
Undies/socks etc.
Playing boots or sneakers
Extra money for shopping
Any medication to be handed to the staff
Strapping tape if required prior to playing (Student can be strapped at each venue for a cost $5)
