The Mission Liaison Group / Second Life Pasifika
"Requesting Donations"
The Mission Liason Group take books, clothing, kitchen ware, linen, sporting goods, shoes, toys bikes and small items of furniture and send them to schools and communities in the Pacific. Two of our grandparents at the school coordinate the program. Every Monday the grandparents, John and Ann, visit the school so if you can send any donations to school on Mondays that would be ideal. Please label the goods “Pasifika”

DSE MUSIC LESSONS
Instrumental music lessons available at Somerville PS for Term 3, 2022 in piano, guitar, singing & drums.
We teach with a focus on music theory (learning to read & write music) as well as instrument technique, ensuring that students are equipped with the fundamentals of music as base to build their skill & knowledge.
- Weekly 30 minute lessons
- On site at Somerville PS
- All learning material provided
- No advance billing or direct debit, pay as you go

Saver Plus - Prep Information pack Resources
Hi,
As we reach September many of you are preparing for new students starting prep next year. We know that starting primary school is an expensive time for parents. Saver Plus is a resource that supports parents to plan ahead for school expenses, matching what they save up to $500. Share Saver Plus with your Prep parents to help ease the cost of the transition.
We are hosting a Saver Plus information session for parents next week and we would love it if you could share the information attached with your school community.
How to share Saver Plus:
- Put Saver Plus flyers in the information packs for your Prep students starting next year
- Share the PNG (image) attached in your school app, newsletter and social media with the blurb I’ve written. Hyperlink the image with the link below
- Print the Saver Plus flyer and Information Session details and send it home with children of all year levels
